Refund Policy

At Madarsa, we want you to have a positive learning experience. This policy outlines our refund terms for courses and mentorship sessions.
1. Course Purchases
1.1 No Refunds for Courses
Due to the digital nature of our products, all course purchases on Madarsa are final and non-refundable. Once you have gained access to a course, the transaction is considered complete.
We encourage you to review course descriptions, curriculum outlines, instructor profiles, and any available preview content thoroughly before purchasing.
1.2 Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests for courses if:
- You experience persistent technical issues that prevent access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve them.
- The course content substantially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.
Such requests must be submitted to support@madarsa.in within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Mentorship Sessions
2.1 Cancellation by Student
If you need to cancel a booked mentorship session, the following refund schedule applies:

| More than 48 hours before the session | 100% refund |
| 24 to 48 hours before the session | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before the session | No refund |
2.2 Cancellation by Instructor or Admin
If your session is cancelled by the instructor or by Madarsa administration, you will receive a full 100% refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
2.3 No-Show
If the student does not attend the session and does not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued. If the instructor does not attend, a full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 21 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Free Content
Free courses and free mentorship sessions do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to this refund policy.
5. Disputes
If you believe a refund decision was made in error, please contact us at support@madarsa.in with your booking details. We will review your case promptly.
6. No Responsibility for Outcomes
Madarsa provides a platform for learning and mentorship. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or qualifications from courses or sessions. Any decisions made based on course or mentorship content are at your own discretion and risk.
