1.1 Instructor Content

Instructors retain ownership of the content they create and upload to Madarsa. By submitting content, instructors grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with our services.

1.2 Madarsa Content

All content created by Madarsa or our affiliates, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Madarsa or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Copyright Infringement Claims

2.1 Notification Procedure

If you believe that content on Madarsa infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to support@madarsa.in including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of the location on our platform where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2.2 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@madarsa.in with:

  • A description of the removed content and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Using Madarsa’s services to infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
  • Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works without authorization.
  • Reproducing or redistributing any content from Madarsa without permission.
  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content from the platform.

4. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
